滤油器：Oil filter 叶片泵：Vane pump 单向阀：Holding valve 先导换向阀：Guiding reversing valve 上放气阀：Upper air bleeder 气阀装置：Valve device 电接点压力表：Electro connecting pressure gauge 溢流阀：Spillover valve 油压压力表：Oil pressure gage 下放气阀：Lower air bleeder 双向增压器：Bidirectional supercharger 说明：Explanation 充氮车外形尺寸（长800x宽600x高1500）mm：Overall dimension of the nitrogen vehicle (length 800x width 600x height 1500) mm 随充氮车提供：Offer with the nitrogen vehicle CQI型充气工具（胶管长3000mm）一套： A set of CQI air charging tool (the sebific duct is 3000mm): 接气源的胶管（长1500mm）一根： A piece of sebific duct connect with the air source (1500mm long) 操作前气路系统的准备工作 Preparatory work of the gas circuit system before operation 将高压软管接通氮气并瓶，将充气工具接通蓄能器 Connect the high-pressure hose with the nitrogen bottle, and the aeration tool with the accumulator 关闭气阀装置中的放气阀门，打开氮气瓶，仔细检查各气压表是否一致。气路系统漏气的检查方法：将氮气瓶关闭，见气压表在5分钟左右如指针下降。即证明漏气，必须加以修好。 Close the deflation valve in the air valve device, open the nitrogen bottle, and check carefully whether all barometers are in accordance. Air leakage inspection method of the air circuit system: close the nitrogen bottle, decrease of the barometer indicator after about 5 minute's means leakage, needing repair. 打开氮气瓶阀门，使氮气直接进入蓄能器中，直至蓄能器与氮气瓶的压力平衡为止。 Open valve of the nitrogen bottle so that nitrogen enters into the accumulator directly till pressure of both are balanced. 将电接点压力表最高压力接点转到蓄能器所需压力值。 Switch the maximum press contact of the electro connecting pressure gauge into the pressure value needed by the accumulator. 操作前液压系统准备工作 Preparatory work of the hydraulic system before operation 接通电源，按动开关，使电动机按指定方向旋转，空负荷运转10分钟。 Plug in, press the switch, and the electromotor rotates according to pointed direction for 10 minutes of dead load operation. 调整好序号4溢流阀，使油路压力保持6.5MPa左右。调整必须关闭先导阀其中一手轮，并视仪表值。 Adjust no. 4 flood valve so that the oil-way pressure is kept at about 6.5Mpa, pay attention to closing one of hand wheels of the first-led valve and watch the instrument value. 调好油压后，放松先导阀手轮即能换向，增压缸往复运动。 Adjust the oil pressure, relax hand wheel of the first-led valve, then it can reverse, the supercharge jar is at advance and return movement. 经10分钟空负荷运转，电动机与油泵运转一切正常，才可以开始工作，并对液压系统进行负荷试验，仔细检查各连接处有无渗油现象。 After 10 minutes of dead load operation, the electromotor and the oil pump are at normal operation, and they starts to work; furthermore, a load test should be conducted to the hydraulic system, checking out whether there is leakage at all joints carefully. 操作 Operation 关闭气阀装置上的放气阀门，打开氮气瓶阀门，开动电动机开关，使氮气压力保持3~12MPa，当电接点压力表红色针转到蓄能器所需压力时，电接点压力表发出讯号，切断电源，自动停止运转。 Close the deflation valve at the air valve device, open valve of the nitrogen bottle, start switch of the electromotor so that the nitrogen pressure is kept at 3~12Mpa; when the red indicator of the electro connecting pressure gauge in converted into pressure needed by the accumulator, the electro connecting pressure gauge launches signal, cut off the power source, it stop operation spontaneously. 关闭氮气瓶阀门。 Close valve of the nitrogen bottle. 打开气阀装置中的放气阀门，使管路中余气全部放干净。 Open the deflation valve in the air valve device so that the rest air in the pipeline is discharged totally. 拆下充气工具，表示一个蓄能器的充气完毕。 Disconnection of the air charging tool means aeration completion of a accumulator. 注意事项 Matters need attention 在操作过程中，充氮车气动系统和液压系统中的压力表指针。必须保持稳定。不能有忽高忽低现象。否则应查找原因。及时予以修正。 In operation, the pressure gage indicator of the pneumatic system and hydraulic system of nitrogenization vehicle must be kept stable, without suddenly high or low phenomenon; otherwise, reasons should be found out and corrected promptly. 氮气压力低至3MPa时应更新气瓶。对于充气压力高于25MPa的蓄能器。氮气瓶压力不应低于5MPa。 When the nitrogen pressure is lower than 3Mpa, the bottle should be renovated. As for the accumulator with charge pressure higher than 25Mpa, pressure of the nitrogen bottle should be not lower than 5Mpa. 充氮车自动失灵。将液控阀上端的管接头卸下用工具将滑阀推至下端终点。充氮车可继续工作。 When the nitrogenization vehicle is out of order voluntarily, dishoard the pipe joint at upper of the pilot-operated type valve and push the guiding valve to the lower end, then the nitrogenization vehicle continues to work. 充氮车的排氮（增）压时。注意氮气瓶压力表指针是否变化。防止有氮气到流现象。 When the nitrogenization vehicle discharges (charges) t nitrogen pressure, pay attention to changes of the pressure gage indicator of the nitrogen bottle. Prevent nitrogen from regorging. 不得使用氧气和其它易燃气体。 Do not use oxygen and other inflammable gas. 充氮气必须有专人操作。无关人员不得参与。辟免发生安全事故。 Specially-assigned person is needed to charge nitrogen; unconcerned people can not participate so as to avoid accidents. 操作人员在旋转放气阀以及氮气瓶和充气工具的手柄时。应站在这些部件的侧面，缓缓启闭。以免发生意外。 When operators are rotating hand shanks of the deflation valve, the nitrogen bottle and the aeration tool, they should stand by these components, open and close slowly so as to avoid accidents. |
